Starters
Tyrese Maxey
Maxey was sensational with 31 points and continues to show he's ready to be a true number one option. He ran the offense beautifully with 7 assists and made winning plays on both ends.
VJ Edgecombe
VJ bounced back from his rough shooting night with a more balanced performance. The shot still wasn't falling but he made clutch plays in the fourth quarter when it mattered most. His 7 boards and 3 steals show he impacts winning in multiple ways.
Kelly Oubre Jr.
Oubre continues his solid stretch with 19 points on efficient shooting. He's been consistently productive and is playing winning basketball.
Joel Embiid
Embiid looked much better with 29 points on 62.5% shooting in 26 minutes. His efficiency was there and he's clearly getting more comfortable as the season progresses.
Trendon Watford
Watford had the first triple-double of his career and was absolutely amazing all around. He dominated the glass with 17 boards, facilitated beautifully with 10 assists, and shot 80% from the field. What a performance.
Bench
Quentin Grimes
Grimes provided solid scoring off the bench with 13 points and shot well from three. Efficient production as always.
Andre Drummond
Drummond grabbed 8 boards including 3 offensive rebounds that led to second-chance opportunities. The shooting wasn't there but he did his job on the glass.
Justin Edwards
Edwards had just 3 points in 7 minutes. Limited impact in his time on the court.
Jabari Walker
Walker didn't score in 5 minutes but grabbed a couple boards. Not much to evaluate.
Adem Bona
Bona played just 6 minutes with no offensive production. The block and 2 rebounds are something but he needs to be more assertive.
